Meet Lindsey
Lindsey believes each person has inherent worth and dignity, simply by being. As we face life’s challenges, we often get messages that we’re too much, not enough, unimportant, etc. Over time, these lies disguise themselves as truth, and they impact our view of self and relationships with others. They can lead to things like anxiety, sadness, and anger that impact relationships, both personally and professionally. Using her values of connection, integrity, and growth, Lindsey invites clients to be curious about the messages they have received, and how these messages have impacted their emotional and relational health. Her hope is that clients are able to build a legacy of living wholly and congruently as they embody their worth.
